Personal Information - What We Collect
There are certain areas where we ask you to provide information that personally identifies you or your child (personal information) so that we may establish your enrollment into Time2Learn Academy. We specifically ask you for your personal information when you are enrolling in the Free Trial and enrolling in Time2Learn Academy for a specified term. The information is required to allow us to establish a record of your enrollment and to allow us to contact you. The personal information we ask for is name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and native language.

For those enrollees that prefer payment by credit card, there is additional information we require to complete the transaction, specifically credit card number, expiration date, and billing address. If you grant us permission, this information is kept on file with the previous information that you have given us and this information is considered your "personal file." We encrypt the credit card information for added security.

We ask you to provide information about your child (the student) so that we can provide progress reports and track participation in the Academy. The information is name and birth date.

The personal information that we obtain from you must be entered by you voluntarily. We will not ask for disclosure of more information than is reasonably necessary for enrollment and participation in Time2Learn Academy.
