Each choice is recommended for a specific situation.
Please review the recommendations below before selecting the one
that is right for your particular situation.
Choice # 1 - Discover e-Reading Levels 1 - 6
This choice is recommended for students old enough to complete and
master the skills (mastering the sounds of the alphabet) required
in level 1 in a reasonable time frame. There are eight lessons in
level 1 and a fast learner would easily complete mastery of the
sounds within eight weeks. Many students will require more time
than that, but it shouldn't take much more than ten to twelve weeks
to fully understand the sound-to-letter symbol association.
A basic requirement of the program is that every student must complete
and master the skills of level 1 before moving on to the other levels.
The Choice # 1 enrollment term is for one year, which is more than
enough time to master all the skills required in all of the levels
for the student to become a proficient reader.
Choice # 2 - Discover e-Reading Level 1
This choice is designed to allow the earliest learners and youngest
students to take as much time as needed to fully understand and
master the skills presented in Level 1. Repetition is very important
in learning the sound-to-letter symbol association and with an enrollment
in Level 1 you will be encouraged to take as much time as necessary
to successfully complete this important foundation level.
The enrollment term is for one year, which allows more than enough
time for even the youngest students to get the continuous exposure
and repetition they need to master this important level.
Choice # 3 - Discover e-Reading Levels 2 - 6
This choice is for those who enrolled in and have successfully completed
Choice # 2, Level 1. The enrollment term for Choice # 3 is for one
year, which allows ample time for the average student to complete
the remaining Discover e-reading levels 2 through 6.
